2025 Tri-City Wolverines Cheer Program Overview

Programs Offered for 2025:

Competitive Cheer
Junior Tiny Mite Sideline Cheer (ages 3, 4, 5)

2025 Competitive Cheer Registration Includes:

Games: 8 regular-season games (typically 4 home, 4 away – travel required). Playoffs if football teams qualify.
Competitions: Registration for all competitions.
Uniforms: Sideline cheer uniform, competition uniform, and 2 bows (kept by athletes). Attendance at uniform fitting is mandatory.
Team Placement: Discretion of the cheer director and coaching staff.

2025 Jr Tiny Mite Sideline Only Cheer Registration Includes:

Games: 4 regular season home games.
Uniform: Team T-shirt, Spanx, and a bow (kept by athletes). Attendance at uniform fitting is mandatory.
Practice: 1-hour weekly practice starting August 1st.

About the Competitive Cheer Season:

Practice: Mandatory practice sessions from August through December for competition routines and sideline basics.
Competitions: 3 local competitions included in the registration fee.
National Championship: Teams may earn a bid to the National Championship competition. A $300 deposit for travel is due by October 1st.
If the team receives a bid, the deposit will go towards lodging and travel.
If no bid is earned, the deposit is refunded.
If a bid is earned and the team does not travel, the deposit is forfeited.
Globals: Additional fees may apply if a team places in the top 3 at Nationals and earns a bid to Globals.
Bid Acceptance: Subject to the discretion of the board of directors.
Travel Fees: All travel costs for competitions are in addition to registration fees.

Commitment:

By registering, you agree that your athlete will participate in all competitions, including Nationals and potentially Globals, as this is a competitive travel team.

Fundraising and Volunteer Requirements:

All teams must follow mandatory fundraising and volunteer requirements.
Additional fundraising opportunities may arise for travel expenses for out-of-state competitions (this is optional).

Important Dates & Policies:

Registration Balance: Must be paid in full by July 1st.
Refund Policy:
After uniform fitting, $400 of the registration fee is non-refundable if you decide not to participate or if the season is canceled due to reasons beyond control.
No refunds will be issued after the second week of practice.

Certification Requirements:

In addition to uploading your athlete’s birth certificate during the registration process, please note that you will be required to provide a physical copy of your athlete's birth certificate during the certification process at a later date. This is a mandatory step to complete the certification and ensure eligibility for participation in the 2025 season.
